1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging are intact.

The item is not a final sale or discounted item (check product descriptions for eligibility).
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Ship the Item: Once you’ve received the return authorization, carefully pack the item(s) and return them to us. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We will assist you in either issuing a full refund or sending a replacement, free of charge.
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or defective item, or if we made an error in fulfilling your order.
8. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will attempt to cancel the order before it is processed, but once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In that case, you can return the item according to our return policy.
